I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, CBT practitioner and Mindfulness Teacher.  I have worked with many sufferers of depression, anxiety and trauma in a range of clinical settings including the NHS and forensic services.  I am registered with the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council.  I trained as a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and have extensive experience of running courses for people with recurrent depression, individuals living with long-term health conditions, as well as courses that focus on promoting wellbeing.
